This time of the year May Showers bring Mother's Day flowers. For the first time in over a decade, Bloom's will be featuring all our own creations- check out our Website! In the past whenever we have done a creation of our own, we have received a good response from people who felt we should create a whole holiday's worth. Fresh flowers are in route and the containers are ready to fill so Mom can have her little piece of Mother Nature delivered right to her front door! This year we also have handmade greeting cards that give that extra special touch to the gift.
It seemed like winter would never end in Albion, NY. It was a chilly winter season and eventful (like when our large plate glass windows blew in during the January wind storm!). As always this time of the year signs of springtime are everywhere, from the new buds on trees to bulbs popping in yards. It’s the same in the store. It has been a very eventful month this March at Bloom's Flower Shop. This weekend was the Middle School Play “I Love A Piano”. Lots of students received beautiful handmade presentation bouquets and balloons for the big finale. –Next will be the High School Play in April “Little Women”. This Monday is St. Pattys day and people are already celebrating with Shamrocks, balloons and Green Carnations. This year will mark the earliest Easter in quite some time, 3/23. Here we go again another Valentines Day at Blooms! We have been working steadily the past few weeks since the holidays to make sure that everything is ready for the Valentines Day rush. Valentines Day is the single most busiest day of the year. There are alot of last minute shoppers out there needing a gift for that special someone. Call early to ensure what you want is available.
