The fact that Valentine's Day falls on Sunday this year followed by a National Holiday and Spring Break creates a special challange for us! Where as some florists would take a conservative approach, we are going "full steam ahead". Customers who come to our store expect a fully stocked and staffed store and that is what they will get again this year. In addition we will even be open on Sunday for those last minute cupids!!
This year we are trying a new approach to the Holidays. We are no longer Teleflora, but are now FTD. We thought long and hard this fall and decided to try to build our Holiday arrangements around our own creative ideas instead of wire service. We have done this for all other floral occassion and have always heard that we should do our own for all occasions. It is my 9th Thanksgiving at the Flower Shop and I am thanksful for that!!! and for all the great people I have worked with over my 9 years here. That includes both workers and customers.
